Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions.

- Conduct extensive headhunting for regular as well as niche and specialized positions.

- Identify and approach passive candidates through LinkedIn, skilled networks, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

- Perform talent mapping and identify suitable candidates from targeted companies and industries.

- Handle niche and hard-to-fill positions where conventional job-portal sourcing may not be sufficient.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.

- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Build strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.

- Handle salary negotiations, offer discussions, and candidate closures.





- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and minimize offer dropouts.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.

- Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
