About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing unit at Kallakal, Medak. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a factory/plant HR environment and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop floor and staff positions
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
- Process monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Factories Act, labour laws)
- Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate with contract labour and manage compliance records
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles
- Liaise with government/labour departments for audits and inspections
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and personnel files





Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory setup
- Solid knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/HR software
- Must be able to join immediately
- Willing to work from Kallakal, Medak location
