KRA – HR RECRUITER1. Recruitment & Hiring

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to joining.

- Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, agencies, and other channels.

- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates as per the job requirements.

- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with HODs/Management for final interviews.

- Ensure positions are closed within the agreed hiring timeline.

1. Candidate Management

- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.

- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.

- Maintain proper communication with shortlisted and selected candidates.

- Ensure timely joining and reduce candidate dropouts.

1. Garment Industry Hiring

- Focus on sourcing candidates with relevant garment/apparel/uniform manufacturing experience for specialised positions.

- Build a robust talent pool for Production, Quality, Merchandising, Sampling, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Retail, and CRM roles.





1. Joining & Onboarding

- Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.

- Ensure offer/appointment letters and required HR documents are completed.

- Coordinate with Admin/HODs for smooth employee onboarding.

1. Recruitment Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports showing:

- Open positions

- Candidates sourced

- Candidates shortlisted

- Interviews conducted

- Selected candidates

- Offers released

- Candidates joined

- Pending requirements

1. Recruitment Performance

- Maintain a healthy pipeline for all critical positions.

- Improve quality of hire, joining ratio and retention of new hires.

- Control recruitment costs and effectively utilise recruitment agencies where required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
