We are looking for a US Recruiter – Accounts & Finance who is proactive, target-driven, and comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment for US clients.

As a US Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Accounts & Finance roles supporting US-based clients. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to source, screen, and deliver high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring channels.
- Create and refine Boolean searches to identify relevant candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, communication skills, notice period, and shift flexibility.
- Recruit for Accounts & Finance roles such as Accountants, Financial Analysts, Fund/Property Accountants, and related finance positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and ATS/CRM records.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, notice periods, and joining.
- Work on multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.




- Build a pipeline of pre-screened candidates for recurring requirements.
- Proactively identify sourcing challenges and improve recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and hiring metrics.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in US recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Accounts & Finance roles preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
- Good understanding of accounting and finance terminology is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.
- Comfortable working in a Work From Home workplace.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR/Business background preferred.
