Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter cum Operations Executive who will manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day business and operational activities, including coordination with sales & backend team.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)

· Post job openings on portals, social media, and other hiring platforms

· Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

· Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning





· Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation

· Assist in payroll coordination and HR compliance

· Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

· Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process

Required Skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience in recruitment + operations coordination

· Knowledge of MS Excel, HR tools, and job portals

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace

Preferred Candidate Profile

· 2-4 years’ experience in HR + Admin / Operations role

· Experience in Real Estate Industry is an advantage

Local candidates from Noida NCR preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
