Work Details

- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: In office
- Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore
- Experience: Fresher – 3 Years
- Salary: ₹16,000/month for Freshers; experienced candidates will be offered compensation based on their previous salary and experience
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role & Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements for different roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, location, and other requirements to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer and joining-related activities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
- Handle multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.
