We are looking for an HR Operations/Payroll Generalist with 2-4 years of experience in HR operations/shared services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, strong on MS Excel, and passionate about delivering a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, exits, and related documentation.
- Drive exit management, probation confirmations, conversions, extensions, and issuance of HR letters.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and generate reports/dashboards.
- Positive knowledge and interest in numbers and keen to learn and handle payroll inputs, validations, finalization, and disbursement for large employee bases.
- Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, data validation, data cleaning) for analysis and reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution.




- Support HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Contribute to HR projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
