We are looking for an HR Operations Manager to own the operational HR function at Azalio. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, maintain HR compliance, oversee payroll coordination and ensure that our people processes are efficient, consistent and qualified.

What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Maintain and improve HRMS data accuracy and process documentation
- Support recruitment coordination and candidate experience
- Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with employment law
- Partner with leadership on people initiatives and culture programs
Skills and Experience
- Proven HR operations or HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of Indian employment law, payroll and statutory compliance
- Experience managing HRMS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a technology or engineering company environment
- Exposure to multi-location or growing-team HR operations
- Familiarity with recruitment coordination and onboarding process design
