We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager who can build and strengthen the organisation’s people function from the ground up. The role will go beyond day-to-day HR operations and focus on strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, organisational structure, career development, HR frameworks, policies, and culture building.
The ideal candidate will be a strong HR skilled with hands-on experience in building HR systems, developing people, and partnering with management to drive organisational growth. UAE/GCC HR exposure will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic HR & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's business objectives.
- Partner with management to understand current and future workforce requirements.
- Identify talent gaps and develop effective workforce and succession plans.
- Build scalable HR systems and frameworks to support organisational growth.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to management and department heads.
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Pipeline
- Build and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline for current and future business requirements.
- Develop a ready pool of qualified candidates for key and recurring positions.
- Establish effective sourcing channels, recruitment processes, and talent databases.
- Develop manpower plans and hiring strategies in coordination with management.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
- Ensure the right talent is recruited and placed in the right roles at the right time.
1. Performance Management
- Design and implement a structured performance-management system across the organisation.
- Develop KRAs, KPIs, goal-setting frameworks, appraisal processes, and performance review mechanisms.
- Support managers in conducting effective performance discussions and providing feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and develop Performance Improvement Plans where required.
- Create a performance-driven and accountable work culture.
1. Organisation Structure & Role Clarity
- Review and develop the organisation structure in line with business requirements.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and accountability across departments.
- Develop and regularly update Job Descriptions, KRAs, and competency requirements.
- Identify role overlaps, gaps, and organisational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
1. Learning, Training & Leadership Development
- Identify organisational and individual training needs through structured assessments.
- Design and implement employee training and development programmes.
- Develop leadership development programmes for managers and high-potential employees.
- Establish a continuous learning culture within the organisation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure development outcomes.
- Develop internal talent for future leadership positions.
1. Career Development & Succession Planning
- Establish structured career paths for employees across functions and levels.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Create succession plans for key roles.
- Support internal mobility, promotions, and career progression.
- Ensure employees are aligned with roles that match their skills, competencies, and career aspirations.
1. HR Policies,
Frameworks & Systems
- Design, review, and implement comprehensive HR policies, processes, and frameworks.
- Develop HR systems covering the employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation.
- Ensure HR policies are practical, consistent, transparent, and aligned with business requirements.
- Continuously review HR practices and recommend improvements.
- Establish standardised HR processes across departments.
1. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Build and promote a positive, professional, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives that improve motivation, collaboration, and retention.
- Identify employee concerns and work with management to address organisational and people-related issues.
- Promote values, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
1. Employee Relations & HR Governance
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, performance, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain appropriate HR documentation and records.
- Support management in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable labour laws and regulations.
1. HR Analytics & Management Reporting
- Develop HR dashboards and reports covering recruitment, turnover, attendance, performance, training, employee engagement, and workforce trends.
- Analyse HR data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Track key people metrics and recommend data-driven HR interventions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
