Role Description The HR Intern – MBA Students role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and maintenance of employee records.

Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and contributing to personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking and performance documentation.



The role also involves coordinating HR communications, preparing reports, and collaborating with HR team members on employee engagement and compliance-related activities. This position offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and understanding of Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an MBA program with a specialization or interest in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR information systems is beneficial.
