Refuge Event Management Co. Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for an Internship for students and aspiring HR professionals looking to gain practical exposure in a fast-paced Event Management industry.

As an HR Intern, you will get hands-on exposure to:

HR Operations – Attendance, leave, employee records and day-to-day HR coordination

Recruitment – Job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination

Employee Data Management – Maintaining and updating employee records and HR data

Employee Engagement – Supporting HR initiatives and workplace activities

HRMS – Practical exposure to HR systems and employee lifecycle processes
