Designation : HR Executive (Blue Collar)

Location : Katargam, Surat, Gujarat

Experience : 5-6 Years

Salary Range : Up to 26000 (Based on Experience )

Roles & Responsibility:

● Manage day-to-day fabrication contractor issues and resolve manpower/work-related problems

● Negotiate contractor rates and commercial terms with management approval.

● Identify and onboard new fabrication contractors and blue-collar manpower.

● Maintain contractor database, agreements, rates, attendance and other documentation.

● Calculate contractor wages/salary based on attendance, rates and work performed.

● Verify contractor bills and coordinate with Accounts for payment.

● Ensure adequate manpower availability as per workshop/project requirements.

● Monitor contractor discipline and performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

● 5–6 years of relevant industrial HR/contractor management experience.

● Robust Contractor Handling

● Blue Collar Manpower Sourcing

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
