Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Location: Chandigarh

Reporting To: HR Manager / Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment trackers.
- Support documentation and onboarding of current employees.
- Assist in conducting employee induction and orientation.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Assist with joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit-related documentation.
- Support attendance and leave management activities.
- Update and maintain HR databases and trackers.

3. Employee Engagement & Training

- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.
- Support training sessions, induction programs, and feedback collection.
- Help prepare training materials, presentations, and attendance records.

4. General HR Support

- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.




- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with employees regarding routine HR queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks.
