About the Role
Veasley Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR qualified to take ownership of our HR functions.
We are looking for someone who can manage day-to-day HR operations independently, support the team and management, and also contribute to building better HR systems and strategies as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee management.
- Handle recruitment, interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and improve HR policies and processes.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Create and implement HR strategies.
- Work independently and take ownership of HR responsibilities.
- Coordinate with management and the team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- MBA graduate in HR / Human Resources preferred.
- Prior HR experience is a must.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strategic mindset with a practical approach to HR.
- Willing to work on-site in Zirakpur.

You should be comfortable taking responsibility, creating systems from scratch, improving existing processes and making sure things continue to move forward even in the absence of management.
