Being a HR-Executive you will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining a positive workplace culture. You will assists the Human Resource department with administrative, recruitment, onboarding, and employee support tasks. The position provides hands-on exposure to HR operations and is commonly held by students or recent graduates pursuing HR or business-related degrees.
Key Responsibilities
- Update internal employee databases and maintain personnel files.
- Screen resumes and application forms; coordinate interviews.
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
- Assist with onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and verifying employment documents.
- Help organize company events, engagement activities, and surveys.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as sourcing candidates and conducting reference checks.
- Prepare HR reports related to staffing, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Robust organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
