About the role:

We're hiring aggressively right now — Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, Costing, and Client Servicing roles are all live — and we need a sharp, excellent communicator to own candidate sourcing and hiring coordination. This is primarily a hiring-focused role to start, but as you prove yourself, there's real room to grow into broader HR responsibilities — onboarding, employee engagement, policy, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates across LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, and other platforms for our open roles
- Call and coordinate with shortlisted candidates — scheduling interviews, confirming availability, and following up on status
- Maintain a hiring tracker with candidate status, interview feedback, and offer/joining timelines




- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and share feedback promptly
- Draft and send offer letters and joining/onboarding communication
- As you settle in, take on additional HR responsibilities — onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and other generalist HR tasks

Requirements:

- 0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
- Excellent spoken and written English — this role involves daily calls with candidates and needs to represent 9M professionally
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Comfortable with high call volumes and coordinating across multiple open roles at once
- Organized, proactive, and eager to grow into a broader HR function
