About the Role We are seeking a Human Resource Executive with 1–3 years of experience in tech related hiring to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of diverse roles ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with Prgeeq's growth ambitions.

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal roles and client requirements.

· Source, attract, and screen candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.

· Coordinate interview scheduling and oversee the complete hiring workflow.

· Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure hiring trackers are up to date.

· Support offer rollouts, employment documentation, and onboarding activities.

· Act as the single point of contact for new joiners, employees, and external consultants, guiding them through HR processes.

· Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave data,



and HR documentation.

· Prepare monthly payroll and provide required payroll inputs.

· Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to statutory and labour regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and core HR operations.

Proficiency in HR tools, including applicant tracking systems and performance management software.

Good working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Meet).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy and people-first mindset.

Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced or startup environment.

Prior experience or understanding of the edtech domain is an added advantage.
