About the Role We are looking for an energetic and hands-on HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily HR operations—spanning employee engagement, attendance and payroll inputs, compliance, grievance handling, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities

- Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive monthly employee connect sessions, identify potential attrition risks early, and implement proactive retention strategies.
- Grievance Resolution: Manage and resolve employee grievances quickly (within a 48-hour window) while maintaining proper documentation.
- Attendance & Payroll: Oversee daily attendance records and coordinate accurate payroll inputs.
- HR Compliance: Maintain fully audit-ready HR files, documentation, and personnel records.
- Performance & PIP Tracking: Support monthly performance review cycles, flag performance gaps, collect manager justifications,



and coordinate PIP workflows.
- Exit Management: Conduct formal exit interviews and assist with insightful attrition reports.
- General HR Operations: Support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day administrative tasks with high ownership and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Commerce graduates preferred).
- Experience: Proven working experience in HR operations, HR generalist profiles, or recruitment management.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working the night shift schedule (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office / spreadsheets, and exceptional attention to detail.
