Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruiter with experience in hiring for the AEC industry, including BIM, Architecture, and Engineering roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of technical roles, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for AEC/BIM roles such as BIM Modeler, BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, Architects, Engineers, and MEP professionals
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups
- Manage offer negotiations and closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Stay updated with AEC industry trends
Key Skills Required
- Solid understanding of AEC/BIM roles and terminology
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic technical screening ability
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- Experience hiring for BIM/Architecture/Engineering roles
- Staffing/consulting experience is a plus
