Imagine Fibres is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our manufacturing operations in Keshwana, Kotputli-Behror, Rajasthan.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with approximately 10 years of overall HR & Admin experience, including substantial and demonstrable Plant HR experience in a manufacturing or factory-based environment.
The role will oversee key areas including:
- HR planning and operations
- Talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Employee engagement and welfare
- Performance management and learning & development
- Industrial relations and labour law compliance
- Factory administration, security and safety
- Government and regulatory liaison
- HR policies,
SOPs and organizational development
