L1 Entry Level Fresher - 1 year Chennai Full Time No minimum qualification required Reports to: Facility Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties at assigned client facilities

- Clean and maintain floors, surfaces, restrooms, corridors, and common areas to the required standard

- Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials correctly and safely

- Follow the daily cleaning schedule and checklist provided by the supervisor

- Ensure waste is collected, segregated, and disposed of correctly

- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately

- Maintain personal hygiene and wear the provided uniform at all times while on duty

- Handle cleaning materials and equipment with care and report any damage or shortages

- Cooperate with the site supervisor and follow all instructions related to the assigned facility

- Maintain a skilled and courteous manner when interacting with client staff and visitors

- No minimum educational qualification required - freshers are welcome

- Willingness to work hard and maintain high standards of cleanliness

- Physical fitness and ability to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift

- Punctuality, reliability, and a disciplined approach to work

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Willingness to work in shifts as required by the assigned facility

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning in any setting

- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment

- Basic communication skills in Tamil
