Key Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

· Oversee daily cleaning and housekeeping operations across assigned areas.

· Train and guide housekeeping attendants on standards, procedures and cleaning techniques.

· Provide constructive feedback, conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.

· Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate operational coverage.

Candidate Profile

· Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

· Relevant experience in hotel housekeeping operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

· Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards and hotel hygiene practices.

· Positive leadership, team-management and staff-training skills.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent quality standards.

· Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,967.02 - ₹25,261.80 per month
