Key Responsibilities

Room Maintenance: Clean, dust, vacuum, and service assigned guest rooms and suites to Oberois luxury standards.

Turn-Down Service: Provide evening turn-down services, replenishing amenities and ensuring a welcoming room ambiance.

Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, handle special requests promptly, and provide intuitive, discreet service.

Supplies & Inventory: Restock guest supplies, linens, and mini-bars accurately; report stock shortages to supervisors.

Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any room defects, wear and tear, or maintenance issues immediately to the engineering desk.

Lost and Found: Handle guest belongings with care and log any misplaced items following hotel security protocols. [, , , ]

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality,



or a high school diploma with relevant luxury experience.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in housekeeping operations within a premium or luxury hotel environment.

Attributes: Impeccable grooming, high attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift
