Role Description: WOWSTAYZ is looking for a hands-on Hotel Operations Manager who can take ownership of a boutique property from its setup stage through opening and into stable operations.

This is not a routine hotel management role.

You will be responsible for helping transform a property into a fully functioning WOWSTAYZ hotel, setting up operations, building teams, implementing standards, training staff, evaluating infrastructure, supporting procurement, property auditing and ensuring that the property delivers the experience our guests expect from our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage pre-opening and property setup activities
- Assess operational readiness and identify gaps
- Support room, housekeeping, front office and F&B; setup
- Coordinate operational supplies, equipment and vendors
- Support hiring, training and development of hotel teams
- Implement SOPs, checklists and service standards
- Conduct property inspections and operational audits
- Monitor cleanliness, guest experience and service quality
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Support properties until they achieve reliable, independent operations

What are we looking for:

- 3–4 years of hands-on hotel operations experience
- Experience across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; and hotel operations
- Strong understanding of hotel standards and operational requirements
- Experience in staff training and team management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Willingness to travel to WOWSTAYZ properties
