Job Summary

We are looking for a Horticulture Sales Associate to join our retail team in Delhi. This is a floater role and the candidate should be comfortable travelling to different store locations as required.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting plants and gardening products suited to their needs
- Share product knowledge and gardening guidance to enhance the customer experience
- Set up and manage product displays and promotional stands
- Drive in-store sales and contribute to daily sales targets
- Report daily sales updates to the City Head

Eligibility

- Mandatory: B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture
- Genuine interest in plants and gardening
- Solid communication and customer-facing skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
- Willing to work as a floater across both Delhi store locations
