We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle customer relationships, follow-ups, service reminders, feedback, and CRM activities across our 8 branches.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CRM/customer relationship management preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to coordinate with multiple branches
- Two-wheeler dealership experience will be an added advantage
