- Handle end-to-end salesclosing for real estate projects.

- Manage and convert qualified leads provided through company campaigns.

- Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and drive conversions.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.

- Achieve team sales and revenue targets.

- Follow a structured, process-oriented sales approach.Work independently with strong self-discipline and ownership.

- Handle the Team,

- 2+years experience as aTeam leader in Real Estate CP firm.

- Expereeince require only East zone bangalore

- Exp Team handling 5+ members

- Excellent communication, Presentation and negotiations skills

- Preferred only Bangalore candidate

nEligibility criteria

NAt least 2 years experience in Real estate sales East Bangalore only (Sarjapura to Whitefield).Excellent Communications and Presentations Skills. Excellent Market Knowledge
