Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in the Rampurhat subdivision in West Bengal for Field Sales Executives, Senior Executives, and Group Leads. Team members will engage with local merchants and customers to promote Paytm’s payment solutions, onboard new users, and support them in using the app and UPI services. Daily tasks include visiting businesses, explaining product features, resolving basic customer queries, and ensuring active usage of Paytm offerings.

Executives and Group Leads will additionally oversee small teams, track performance,



and support training and motivation of field staff. All roles are expected to maintain accurate records of visits, meet sales and activation targets, and represent Paytm professionally in the field.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with merchants and customers in person.
- Basic understanding of digital payments, UPI, and mobile apps, with the ability to explain these clearly.
- Sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage daily schedules, and meet performance targets.
- Experience in team coordination or supervision is beneficial for Senior Executive and Group Lead roles.
- Comfort with local travel within the Rampurhat subdivision and familiarity with the local market.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; graduate degree is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English; prior field sales experience in financial services or FMCG is a plus.
