NAssociate Director / Director – Solution Architecture to join our Professional

NServices team. This is a director-level, hybrid leadership and hands-on architecture role: you will

Nlead and develop a team of solution architects while personally providing AI-first architecture

Nleadership on our most complex and strategic customer engagements. We are looking for an

Narchitect of architects with robust software engineering and programming depth, deep B2B

Nintegration expertise, and the ability to design and build applications end to end.

NWhat You Will Be Doing

NAI, FDE & Modern Architecture

N- Apply Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI patterns to enterprise and supply-chain use cases

Nwhere they create meaningful business value.

N- Help develop an FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering)-driven solution delivery model, working

Nclosely with customers torapidly translate business problems into production-grade solutions.

N- Understand tool calling, MCP, and how AI agents securely integrate with APIs, data, and

Nenterprise systems;

apply sound judgment when choosing between deterministic software and

NAI-driven approaches.

nArchitecture Leadership & People Management

N- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of solution architects, including senior technical leaders;

nown coaching, career development, and performance.

N- Set architecture direction and review complex designs, ensuring quality, consistency,

Nscalability, and adherence to best practices.

N- Establish reusable architecture patterns and delivery standards, and partner with Professional

NServices, Product, and Engineering leadership on strategic priorities.

N- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical, architecture, performance, and

Ncustomer issues.

nSolution Architecture & Delivery:

N- Work with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable

Nintegration and application architectures.

N- Design end-to-end solutions across APIs, services,



messaging, event-driven systems, data,

Nsecurity, cloud, observability, and deployment.

N- Architect B2B integrations across trading partners and enterprise systems such as ERP,

NWMS, TMS, and logistics platforms.

N- Apply strong software engineering and programming skills to prototypes, reference

Nimplementations, code reviews, and design reviews.

N- Lead architecture for scalability, resiliency, performance, and production readiness on

Nstrategic or high-complexity engagements.

N- Balance hands-on solution delivery with team leadership responsibilities across multiple

Npriorities.

nRequirements:

N- 15+ years of software engineering, architecture, or enterprise integration experience, with

Nsignificant experience insenior technical leadership roles.

N- 5+ years of experience leading and developing architects, principal engineers, or senior

Ntechnical teams;

experience operating at Associate Director or Director scope is preferred.

N- Strong programming background with demonstrated experience building production

Napplications end to end.

N- Deep expertise in complex EDI workflows and modern API integrations (REST, OData, etc.),

Nincluding transformation,orchestration, messaging, and exception handling.

N- Experience integrating ERP and enterprise applications;

supply-chain domain experience is

Nstrongly preferred.

n- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, resiliency, security, observability,

Nperformance tuning, and production operations.

N- Experience with EDI standards and formats such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, XML/flat files,

Nand protocols such as AS2and SFTP is a strong advantage.

N- Working knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, tool calling, MCP, and FDE-driven

Nsolution delivery.

n- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical talent, with strong customer-facing

Ncommunication and presentation skills.

N- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
