- Design, configure, and maintain Wireless Access Points and Wireless Controllers
N
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, with a focus on Layer 2/Layer 3 switching technologies
N
- Develop and implement network automation solutions to streamline provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting
N
- Manage and optimize network performance, availability, and security across data center and campus environments
N
- Automate routine network operations using scripting and orchestration tools
N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network integration and deployment efforts
N
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis
N
- Maintain up-to-date network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
N
- Participate in change management, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives
N
- Technical Background: Deep experience with software architecture, API contract design, and data schema rules.
N
- Prompt & Spec Engineering: Ability to write precise, unambiguous text instructions (PRDs) that Large Language Models (LLMs) can parse without "vibe coding".

- Workflow Mastery:



Experience breaking down complex applications into multi-agent systems (e.G., Coordinator, Implementor, and Verifier tasks).

- Testing: Proficiency in automated verification criteria and mapping code back to core specs during pull requests.

nRequired Qualifications:

N

n
- Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
N
- 12+ years of network engineering experience
N

nStrong expertise in:

N

n
- Layer 2/Layer 3 switching (VLANs, VRRP, MC-LAG, STP, VTP, PortChannel, and routing protocols such as OSPF/BGP)
N
- Network design and troubleshooting in enterprise environments
N
- Hands-on experience with network automation tools, such as:
N
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python, Ansible, or similar scripting/automation frameworks
N
- REST APIs and network programmability concepts
N
- Familiarity with major networking platforms (e.G., Dell, Cisco, Arista, Juniper)
N
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security fundamentals
N

nMandatory Requirements:

- Network Engineer (CCNP certification-Mandatory)

- Experience in DesigningLayer 2/Layer 3 switching (VLANs, VRRP, MC-LAG, STP, VTP, PortChannel, and routing protocols such as OSPF/BGP)
