L1 Entry Level Fresher - 1 year Chennai Full Time No minimum qualification required Reports to: Facility Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with general facility support tasks at assigned client sites as directed by the supervisor

- Support housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance teams with material handling and logistics

- Carry out loading, unloading, and movement of materials, equipment, and supplies within the facility

- Assist with the setup and clearance of meeting rooms, event spaces, and common areas

- Support waste collection, segregation, and disposal activities

- Assist the housekeeping team during peak periods and deep cleaning assignments

- Run errands and support tasks within the facility as required by the site supervisor

- Maintain cleanliness and order in areas assigned to the support function

- Report any damage, safety hazards, or operational issues to the supervisor immediately

- Wear the provided uniform and maintain professional conduct at all times

- No minimum educational qualification required - freshers are welcome

- Positive physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks throughout the shift

- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

- Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as required

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Willingness to work in shifts as required by the assigned facility

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in a helper or support role in any industry

- Familiarity with facility or housekeeping operations

- Basic communication skills in Tamil
