Role:

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Interoperability / FHIR Integration Engineer to build scalable healthcare data exchange and EMR/EHR integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop FHIR and HL7-based integrations .
- Develop and integrate FHIR REST APIs .
- Work with FHIR resources such as Patient, Encounter, Observation, Medication, and DiagnosticReport.
- Integrate Epic, eClinicalWorks , and other EMR/EHR platforms.
- Perform data mapping between HL7, FHIR, JSON, and XML.
- Implement API authentication, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and healthcare stakeholders.

Required Skills:





- 5–12 years of healthcare IT/integration experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with FHIR and HL7 .
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, and API testing.
- EMR/EHR integration experience; Epic/eClinicalWorks preferred.
- Knowledge of SMART on FHIR and healthcare terminologies is a plus.
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare interoperability standards.
