Urgent opening for headmistess (Primary Wing) for one of the renowned school of Gurgaon

Role: Headmistress Primary Wing

Reporting to: Principal / Head of School

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the academic and overall functioning of the Primary Wing.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation and high teaching-learning standards.
- Monitor student progress, assessments, discipline, and well-being.
- Mentor, guide, and develop teachers through regular feedback and training.
- Coordinate with parents and address student/parent concerns effectively.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, events, assessments, and school activities.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, joyful, and child-centric learning setting.
- Contribute to school improvement initiatives and academic planning.

Qualifications & Experience

- Masters degree with B.Ed. or equivalent preferred.
- 8 to12 years of teaching/academic leadership experience, preferably in a reputed school.
- Prior experience as a Primary Coordinator/Headmistress/Academic is must
