- Leadership mandate with a leading Indian multinational
- Pure-play Talent Management role requiring 18 to 21 years of overall HR experience and at least 5 years of substantive Talent Management experience in current or immediately preceding roles
- Solid depth in talent reviews, succession planning, HiPo and leadership pipelines, assessment and development centres, and enterprise-wide talent frameworks is mandatory
- Recent experience must be predominantly Talent Management, not an HRBP, L&D; or generalist mix
- Strong employer brands and stable career tenure are essential
