About the Role:-

We are looking for a highly experienced, disciplined and hands-on Head Warehouse & Factory Operations who will take complete ownership and accountability of the entire warehouse and production facility.

This is a senior operational leadership position. The person will be responsible for the complete functioning, discipline, security, inventory, production, dispatch, manpower, maintenance and overall operational control of the facility.

We are looking for someone who thinks and operates like an owner someone who does not wait for problems to be reported, but proactively identifies them, takes action and ensures they do not happen again.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Complete Warehouse & Facility Ownership

- Take end-to-end ownership of all warehouse and factory operations.
- Ensure smooth, disciplined and controlled functioning of the entire facility.
- Act as the single point of accountability for operational issues.
- Ensure proper control over every material, asset, process and activity within the premises.
- Maintain strict operational discipline and accountability across all teams.

2. Inventory & Stock Control:-

- Take complete responsibility for inventory accuracy and stock management.
- Ensure proper inward, storage, movement, transfer and outward processes.
- Establish and maintain strict inventory control systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Investigate and immediately escalate any stock variance, shortage, damage or unexplained movement.
- Implement systems to prevent theft, pilferage, wastage and inventory leakage.
- Ensure high-value inventory is properly secured and tracked at all times.

3. Production Operations:-

- Manage and monitor day-to-day production activities.




- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Monitor productivity, manpower utilization, wastage and production efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate between production, warehouse, QC and dispatch teams.

4. Dispatch & Logistics:-

- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods.
- Monitor dispatch planning, documentation, packing and loading.
- Ensure zero/minimum dispatch errors and shortages.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for smooth movement of goods.
- Ensure proper handover and documentation of all outgoing material.

5. Manpower Management:-

- Manage and control a workforce of approximately 5562+ employees.
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, productivity and manpower utilization.
- Define responsibilities and accountability for supervisors and team members.
- Monitor workforce performance and take corrective action wherever required.
- Identify manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment/training with HR.
- Build a culture of discipline, ownership and performance.

6. Security & Loss Prevention:-

- Take overall operational responsibility for security and loss prevention within the facility.
- Ensure proper control over entry/exit of employees, visitors, vendors and material.
- Monitor CCTV, access control and material movement systems.
- Establish strict procedures for material movement and authorization.
- Investigate any theft, pilferage, unauthorized movement or suspicious activity.




- Ensure that every incident is documented, investigated and corrective action is implemented.

7. Maintenance & Facility Management:-

- Take responsibility for the overall condition and functioning of the facility.
- Ensure timely maintenance of machinery, equipment, electrical systems and utilities.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Minimize production downtime caused by maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness and 5S across the facility.
- Monitor electricity, water and other facility-related operational requirements.

8. Safety & Compliance:-

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain fire safety, emergency preparedness and basic safety systems.
- Ensure employees follow required safety practices.
- Conduct regular safety and operational inspections.
- Immediately address unsafe conditions and operational risks.

9. MIS & Reporting:-

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Track production, inventory, dispatch, manpower, wastage, downtime and operational losses.
- Maintain transparent records of all material movements and stock reconciliations.
- Report major incidents, shortages, damages or operational risks immediately to management.
- Use data and MIS to identify inefficiencies and improve operations.

Ownership & Accountability:- The candidate will have single-point operational accountability for the warehouse and factory facility.
