Role Description The Head Placements (Engineering College) is a full-time, on-site role based at Accurate Group of Institutions in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The role involves developing and executing placement strategies to enhance campus recruitment outcomes for engineering students, including building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, recruiters, and corporate organizations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating placement drives, internships, and industry interaction sessions; guiding students on career paths, resume building, interview preparation, and professional skills; and tracking placement statistics to report outcomes to institutional leadership.

The Head

Placements will collaborate closely with department heads and faculty to align academic programs with industry requirements, organize workshops, seminars, and networking events, and continuously improve placement processes and employer engagement.

The candidate will be responsible for developing strong corporate relationships, inviting reputed companies for campus recruitment, organising placement drives, internships, industry interactions and pre-placement activities, and achieving the placement target of a minimum of 500 B.Tech students. The role requires close coordination with recruiters, students,



faculty members and the training team to improve students’ employability and placement outcomes. Candidates must possess an established network of recruiters across IT, engineering, core and emerging technology sectors.

Professionals having experience in both the corporate/industry sector and the education sector will be strongly preferred.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team-management skills and must be comfortable working from the Greater Noida campus.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to understand placement trends, employer needs, and student performance data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and corporate recruiters, and represent the institution professionally.
- Candidates should possess Programming skills and familiarity with relevant software tools or platforms to manage placement data, online assessments, and recruitment portals.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering or related engineering disciplines to understand technical roles and industry requirements for engineering graduates.
- Demonstrated experience in campus placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition, preferably within an engineering or technical education environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple placement activities and team members efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with academic departments and external stakeholders, and to design employability enhancement initiatives such as soft skills training and industry workshops.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution; additional certifications in career counseling or HR are an advantage.
