- Lead end-to-end plant operations across Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores and related functions.
- Drive production targets, OEE, productivity, cost and delivery performance.
- Manage high-volume manufacturing of automotive gears, shafts and transmission components.
- Strong exposure to CNC/VMC/HMC, gear hobbing, shaping, shaving, grinding and heat treatment processes.
- Drive initiatives for rejection reduction, scrap control, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems, customer requirements and IATF practices.
- Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead plant-level manpower planning, capability development and performance management.
- Ensure robust focus on safety, operational discipline and statutory compliance.
- Drive capacity expansion, automation and manufacturing improvement projects.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with strong experience in automotive gear / transmission / precision machining / automotive components manufacturing, with proven experience in leading a plant or large-scale manufacturing operations.
