I’m partnering with a fast-growing Forex and CFD broker with a strong focus on the SEA region and a mobile-first, multi-asset trading platform. They are hiring a commercially driven Head of Partnerships to lead and grow thier Forex and CFD partnerships across India and Southeast Asia.

You will develop strategic relationships with IBs, Affiliates, White Labels and institutional partners, while leading a high-performing Business Development and Partnerships team to deliver client acquisition, deposits, trading volumes and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and deliver the partnerships strategy across India and Southeast Asia.
- Source, onboard and grow IB, Affiliate, White Label and institutional partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures and commercial terms.
- Improve partner performance across acquisition, activation, deposits, trading volume and retention.
- Manage, coach and develop the Partnerships and Business Development teams.
- Set KPIs,



track pipelines and ensure consistent CRM usage and reporting.
- Work with Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales and Compliance on campaigns and partner initiatives.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activity and relevant Forex/CFD regulatory developments.

Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in Forex, CFDs, online trading or financial services.
- Proven leadership experience within partnerships, business development or sales.
- Robust experience managing IB, Affiliate, White Label and/or institutional relationships.
- Existing network across India and/or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Excellent commercial judgement, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong understanding of Forex/CFD products, partnership models and regional market dynamics.
- Experience using CRM systems and performance data to manage partner pipelines and team activity.
