About BRÜKBRÜK is a premium consumer lifestyle brand inspired by Scandinavian design — built around simplicity, functionality and everyday joy. We're at an early, pre-revenue stage of building the brand, and we're looking for someone to own procurement and vendor relationships as we set up for launch.
The Most Significant Qualification
- Hands-on experience in procurement and vendor management is a MUST — ideally in a D2C, retail, manufacturing, or consumer brand setup.
- This is a founding-stage role. You'll be setting up processes from scratch, not managing an existing team or system.
- We're looking for someone who understands:
- Vendor sourcing, evaluation and negotiation
- Purchase order and inventory management
- Cost control and budget tracking
- Quality checks and vendor accountability
- Basic contracts and procurement documentation
What You'll Do1.
Vendor
Sourcing & Negotiation
- Identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers/vendors (raw materials, packaging, manufacturing partners)
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery timelines
- Build and maintain vendor relationships for long-term reliability
- Continuously scout for better/alternate vendors as the brand scales
2. Purchase & Order Management
- Manage purchase orders end-to-end
- Track deliveries and resolve delays or quality issues
- Set up basic procurement processes and documentation from scratch
3. Inventory & Cost Management
- Track stock levels and coordinate reorders
- Monitor costs and flag inefficiencies
- Work with founders on budgeting for production runs

Cross-functional Support
- Work closely with founders on early-stage procurement decisions
- Help build scalable procurement systems as the company grows from zero
Who We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
- Prior experience with vendor negotiation and purchase order management — mandatory
- Comfortable working in a pre-revenue, early-stage environment with ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic tools (Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp/email for vendor coordination, AI tools like ChatGPT for drafting/tracking)
- Hands-on, resourceful, and willing to build processes from the ground up
Important
- Procurement and vendor management experience is the #1 requirement for this role.
- We're looking for someone who has actually negotiated with and managed vendors — not someone with only theoretical exposure.
