HEAD OF MARKETINGExecutive Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished marketing leader with 18+ years of experience to spearhead the organisation’s overall marketing vision, brand strategy, market positioning, and long-term growth agenda.

This is a high-profile senior management position for a strategic business leader capable of influencing organisation-wide direction, building powerful brands, driving market expansion, and creating significant commercial impact through marketing.

Strategic Mandate

- Define and lead the organisation-wide marketing, brand, and growth strategy .
- Drive brand transformation, market positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across businesses and markets.
- Identify recent markets, customer segments, emerging opportunities, and strategic avenues for expansion.
- Provide leadership across brand, digital, performance marketing, communications, PR, content, social media, and customer engagement .
- Build a world-class marketing function, including leadership development, organisational structure, processes, and performance culture.
- Establish marketing governance, investment strategy, budgets, KPIs, and ROI frameworks.
- Work closely with the CEO, Board, and Top Management on business strategy, market intelligence, corporate positioning,



and growth initiatives.
- Lead strategic relationships with major agencies, partners, media, industry bodies, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at senior industry and business forums.

Ideal Candidate
- 18+ years of distinguished experience in marketing , including substantial experience in senior leadership and strategic roles.
- Proven track record of leading large brands, diverse businesses, or high-impact marketing organisations .
- Diverse industry, market, and geographic experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise across brand building, marketing strategy, digital transformation, customer acquisition, communications, and business growth .
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale marketing strategies with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience leading senior marketing teams, agencies, substantial budgets, and complex multi-channel initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen, leadership presence, and executive-level communication skills .
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board , influencing business decisions beyond the traditional marketing function.
