Role & responsibilities

- Leading a team of 10 / 20 Relationship Managers
- Handling the escalations of the team
- Coordinating with State Head for client servicing standards
- Work closely with RMs and maintain good rapport and help them with suitable profiles.
- Monitor and regularize the performance of Relationship Managers
- Help the Relationship Managers build a strong rapport with the clients
- Get in touch with clients every now and then and ensure that their requirements are being addressed and also to learn the changing

mindset of the clients
- Deliver quality service to paid members counted amongst the cream of the society, help Relationship Managers to make Success Stories
- Driving sales volume and revenue generation





Preferred candidate profile The candidate must carry atleast 5 years expereince in Service / Sales role with atleast 2 years of team handling expereince. Skills& Competencies

- Excellent command over English language, fluency in the regional language, pro-activeness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity
