. ROLE PURPOSE To own, end-to-end, the injection moulding value stream for electrical switches and wiring accessories – covering moulding production output, the quality of moulded components in-process and at the customer end, and the development of new moulded products, moulds and processes. The incumbent is the single point of accountability for driving efficiency, OEE, cost of poor quality, defect-free moulding, mould and tooling health, faster recent-product introduction and compliance with product, QMS and statutory standards, in line with the plant's business objectives.
