We are looking for a strong Plant Accounts & Finance professional to manage financial planning, reporting, cost control and MIS for a leading Auto Component MNC.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Plant Budgeting & Forecasting and annual business planning
- Prepare and analyze MIS, financial reports & management dashboards
- Monitor plant costs, variances, profitability & working capital
- Ensure effective financial controls, compliance & process governance
- Support plant management with financial insights and decision-making
- Analyze actual vs. budget performance and highlight corrective actions
- Coordinate with Corporate Finance, Operations, Purchase and other functions
- Manage SAP HANA-based finance transactions, reporting & analysis
• Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency at plant level
Candidate Profile CA with relevant experience in Plant Finance & Accounts, preferably from Automotive / Auto Components / Manufacturing MNCs.
Robust knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS, Cost Controlling, Financial Analysis, SAP HANA and Plant Finance is essential.
