Chinese & Tandoori Chef – Best Meat Shop

We are looking for an experienced Chinese & Tandoori Chef to join our non-veg food shop. The chef will be responsible for preparing fresh, hygienic and tasty Chinese and tandoori dishes for customers.

Responsibilities

- Prepare Chinese and tandoori items as per the shop’s menu and recipes.
- Cook chicken, mutton and other non-veg items properly and consistently.
- Prepare items such as Chilli Chicken, Chicken Manchurian, Fried Rice, Noodles, Tandoori Chicken, Tikka, Seekh Kebab, etc.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
- Handle tandoor, wok and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage preparation of ingredients and ensure proper stock usage.




- Handle customer orders efficiently, especially during busy hours.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chinese & Tandoori Chef is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of non-vegetarian cooking.
- Ability to work efficiently during rush hours.
- Good hygiene and kitchen-management habits.
- Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality.
