Internship Overview

- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: Paid Internship (Performance-based)
- Role Type: Hands-on Technical Engineering & Support
- Job Type: Full-time | Internship | Fresher

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Learning

- Learn barcode printer technologies, RFID printers, and scanning systems
- Understand printer software, firmware, and diagnostic tools

2. Maintenance & Repair

- Perform repair and maintenance of barcode printers, RFID printers, and scanners
- Diagnose hardware issues and repair mechanical components

3. Installation & Troubleshooting

- Install printer drivers and related software
- Troubleshoot printing, connectivity, and system issues

4. Hardware Support

- Repair POS printers and replace spare parts
- Assist in handling customer technical queries

5. Service Activities





- Support senior engineers in service and installation tasks
- Participate in in-house and on-site service activities

6. Quality Control

- Ensure proper functioning of printers, labels, ribbons, and accessories
- Maintain service quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- Diploma in Computer Science / IT OR

- B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics

Languages

- English (Written & Spoken)
- Hindi (Spoken)

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of computers and electronics
- Interest in hardware repair and troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn industrial printing technologies

Working Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Work Mode: In-office (In office only)
