Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair services including haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments.

- Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, smoothening, straightening, and other treatments as per client requirements and training.

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.

- Assess hair and scalp condition before recommending appropriate services or products.

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of tools and workstations.

- Handle skilled hair styling equipment and products safely and efficiently.

- Provide proper aftercare guidance and recommend suitable hair-care products when required.

- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients.





- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.

- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and styling products.

- Maintain accurate records of client services and product usage where required.

- Work closely with other salon/spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Support the team in achieving service and sales targets through appropriate product and treatment recommendations.

Pay: ₹10,975.74 - ₹45,000.00 per month
