Role Overview

We are hiring a senior Electronics Hardware Engineer (6?8 years experience) for the Improvement & Support (I&S;) team, responsible for post-release product support, issue resolution, and enhancements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand system-level hardware design and requirements
- Investigate production and field failures
- Perform root cause analysis and drive solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams
- Handle component obsolescence and supply chain challenges
- Identify alternate components and validate replacements
- Perform circuit, module, and system-level testing
- Work on schematics, simulations, BOM, and PCB reviews
- Implement design changes through ECO processes
- Develop new features and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support production testing, fixtures, and tools development
- Coordinate cross-functional execution within timelines

Qualifications & Experience

- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, or related field
- 6?8 years experience in hardware design

Technical Skills





- Strong analog and digital electronics fundamentals
- Microcontrollers / Microprocessors understanding
- Power systems (DC-DC converters, LDOs)
- Communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, RS232, USB)
- Component selection and circuit design expertise
- Experience with lab tools (Oscilloscope, DMM, etc.)
- Knowledge of PCB production and testing processes
