Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our Vadodara Lounge team.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and warmly greet guests entering the lounge.
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a smooth lounge experience.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Assist guests with lounge facilities, services, and available amenities.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, grooming, and professional etiquette.
- Coordinate with the lounge operations team to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to the concerned manager when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, ambience, and service standards are maintained.
- Support day-to-day lounge operations as required.
Candidate Profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset
Good grooming and qualified presentation
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Ability to handle guests calmly and professionally
Hospitality / Hotel / Airport Lounge / Customer Service experience preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered
