Role Overview

As a GTM Engineer, you will be the operational backbone of our client success, responsible for configuring, optimizing, and managing the technical infrastructure that powers outbound campaigns. Youll work at the intersection of sales operations, email deliverability, and AI-driven automation to ensure clients achieve maximum ROI from our platform.

Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Deliverability

- Configure and manage email domains, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and mailbox infrastructure for optimal deliverability
- Oversee email warmup processes and monitor sender reputation across client accounts
- Implement and maintain suppression lists to protect existing customer relationships and ensure compliance
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and implement corrective measures

Data Management & Prospecting
- Build and manage target account lists using Upload Pool Hub and CRM integration
- Configure Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) for companies and contacts to drive accurate AI prospecting
- Execute bulk data enrichment and ensure data quality across client accounts
- Manage CSV uploads, data hygiene, and contact verification workflows

AI Agent Configuration & Campaign Operations
- Train AI agents with company data, product information, and custom prompts to generate highly personalized outreach




- Configure and optimize AI-powered cadences, including send timing, follow-up sequences, and cooling periods
- Monitor and manage Company Finder, Contact Finder, Email Personalization, and Email Sending agents
- Perform quality control checks on AI-generated emails to ensure accuracy and brand alignment

Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, engagement) and provide actionable recommendations
- Generate reports on team performance, cadence effectiveness, and engaged accounts
- Optimize credit usage across company enrichment, contact enrichment, and email personalization

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations
- Robust understanding of email deliverability, DNS configuration, and email authentication protocols
- Experience with cold email outreach platforms, CRM systems, and sales automation tools
- Proficiency with data manipulation (CSV handling, data cleaning, bulk operations)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace administration, including 2FA and app password configuration
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize for results
- Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented thinking

Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML-powered sales tools and prompt engineering
- Background in B2B SaaS or agency environments
- Knowledge of domain registrars (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare)
- Experience managing multi-tenant client environments
- Certifications in email marketing or sales operations
