Key Responsibilities

1. Business Leadership

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive key sales metrics including conversion, productivity, revenue per lead, and average ticket size.
- Analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.
- Forecast business trends and proactively manage risks.

1. People Leadership

- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance discussions.
- Conduct effective 1:1s focused on performance, engagement, and career growth.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ownership.
- Identify and develop future team leaders and improve team retention.

1. Operational Excellence

- Manage floor productivity, roster planning, and shrinkage.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, process adherence, quality, and compliance standards.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
